摘    要:本文描述了衰减全反射法(ATR)的光学原理,衰减全反射-紫外/可见光谱方法(ATR-UV)的特征及其用于化学工业进行过程监测的应用技术.ATR-UV传感器能够同时检测过程中体系的多种主要组成的含量,其方法简单,迅速,准确,无需对试样进行预处理或稀释.本文列举了ATR-UV传感器在制浆造纸工业溶液监测中的一些应用实例.该技术对于在线或内置传感器监测其它的化学化工过程方面也将具有很大的应用前景.

Abstract:The principle of attenuated total reflection (ATR) spectroscopy, ATR-UV methodology and its technical aspects in practical applications were described in detail. Demonstrations of ATR-UV for simultaneous analysis of major components in several processes in pulp and paper industry were presented. The ATR-UV technology is a simple, rapid and accurate method for simultaneous analysis of major components without sample-pretreatment or dilution, and is great potential to be developed as an on-line or in-line sensor for process chemical composition monitoring in industrial processes.
