基于UG平台的截面特征曲线全局约束优化研究

截面曲线是曲面建模过程中的重要特征,将截面特征曲线重建技术与正向设计技术相结合是实现复杂特征曲面模型重建的重要方法。针对这一问题提出了一种基于UG草图的截面特征曲线全局约束优化技术,并对实现该方法的约束表达、全局约束优化模型的建立及求解、基于UG平台的算法实现等关键技术进行了深入研究。应用实例表明,基于UG的截面特征曲线全局约束优化方法可以得到满足约束条件下的与数据点逼近的最优曲线,基于该曲线可以快速、准确地重建出具有复杂特征的曲面模型。

Study on Global Constrained Optimization of Section Feature Curve Based on UG

Section curve is an important feature in surface modeling.Using section feature reconstruction technique incorporating with forward design technique is an effective re-modeling method for complex feature model.Aiming at this problem,a global constrained optimization technique of section feature curve based on UG sketch is presented.The key techniques are studied which include constraints representation,global optimization model creating and solving,algorithm realization on UG,etc.Practice shows that,with the proposed method,the optimized curve which is fitted to data points with constraints can be obtained,and the complex surface model based on these optimized curves can be reconstructed rapidly and accurately.
