超声电源频率跟踪电路的改进

摘    要:介绍了传统频率跟踪电路在超声电源中的应用,简要分析它们存在的优、缺点,对现有的检相电路进行改进,提出了一种由PIC18F458单片机控制和检相电路相结合的频率自动跟踪电路,提高了电源系统的稳定性,实现超声高效加工并获得了良好的加工效果.

Abstract:The traditional frequency tracking circuit used in ultrasonic power is introduced.Their strengths and weaknesses are analyzed briefly and the existing phase detection circuit is improved.A frequency automatic tracking circuit integrated by PIC18F458 MCU and phase detection circuit is proposed.The circuit improves the stability of the power and achieves efficient processing.
