齿轮宽带激光淬火工艺研究

摘    要:根据齿轮的形状特征和宽带激光束的特点,通过理论上的研究分析与计算,总结出齿轮表面宽带激光淬火,使齿轮获得均匀硬化层的工艺方法,实验结果表明,通过采用该工艺对齿轮表面进行宽带激光淬火,齿轮获得了沿齿面均匀分布的硬化层,齿轮先处理一侧回火问题得到了显著的改善,齿轮激光淬火后的硬化层沿层深方向分为完全淬硬层,过渡层和高温回火层三层。

Abstract:The laser hardening of gears is a new surface hardening technology. According to the characteristics of the broad-beam laser hardening, the techniques have been put forward to obtain the uniformity hardened case along the outlines of gear. The testing results show that a hardened case along the outlines of gear has been obtained easily by using these techniques. The problem that temper of the first hardened flank has been improved evidently. The hardened case is composed of three parts.
