摇杆滑块机构平衡的探讨

摘    要:提出了摇杆滑块四杆机构完全静平衡和完全动平衡的新方法:以二级杆组联接于机构的摇杆和连杆上组成平行四边形,应用相似比例性质和配重使机构达到完全平衡。这时机构的总质量还不到用一般方法时的一半.

Abstract:A new method of designing a four-rod rock-slider mechanism in complete static and dynamic equilibrium is presented in this paper. The parallelogram consists of a two-rod group connected with the rocker-slider. Complete equilibrium of the mechanism is achieved because of analogous proportional property and disposition of mass. The total mass of the mechanism is less than half the mass of the ordinary mechanism in general use.
