| 摘 要： | 涟钢４号、１号高炉曾先后发生炉底烧穿事故，通过采取快速修补、降低冶炼强度、加强监护、在烧结中配入钒钛矿粉护炉等措施，使高炉逐步恢复到了全风作业，延长了高炉寿命，重点介绍了４号高炉炉底烧穿的原因，处理及维护。

| Abstract: | The furnace bottoms of No. 4 BF and No.1 BF at Lianyuan Steel were burn out separately in 1989 and in 1997. A series of measures, such as rapid repairing, decreasing smelting intensity, strengthening management, charging sinter bearing V-Ti and so on, were taken. As results, the production of BFs was improved and the life of BFs was prolonged. The disposal of bottom burn-out of No. 4 BF was introduced particularly. |
