航天电子装置多余物自动检测系统的研究

摘    要:文章首先介绍了该系统与传统微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)方法对于多余物检测的异同并突出了该系统的优势:自动检测多余物有无并给出多余物材质特征(金属、非金属),并介绍了本系统检测的基本原理和方法。在此基础上又介绍了系统硬件部分和软件部分的设计:硬件部分着重介绍了转台驱动和数据采集的实现;软件部分着重介绍了该软件的功能作用及核心算法。文章最后对系统的检测率和置信度进行了实验验证。

Abstract:In this paper,the differences of reminder-detecting method between this system and classical Particle Impact Noise Detection(PIND) were proposed and the advantages of this system were represented that it can not only detect the existence of reminder but also show the material characteristics of reminder.Then the basic principles and methods of detecting reminder in this system were introduced,based on which the design of hardware and software of this system were introduced.In the hardware design,the drive of rolling device and data collection were stressed while in the software design,the function and core algorithm of software were stressed.At the end of the paper,the detecting ratio and degree of confidence of this system were verified.
