| 摘 要： | 本实验对桑叶部分成分进行检测,采用火焰原子吸收法测定其微量元素的含量,研究不同条件下超声波提取黄酮的效果,在最佳条件下测定桑叶中的总黄酮含量,为桑叶的开发利用提供一定依据.

| Abstract: | This experiment carries on the examination to the mulberry leaf partial ingredients, uses the flame atom absorption law to determine its trace element the content, under the research dissimilar condition the ultrasonic wave extraction flavanone effect, determines in the mulberry leaf under the optimum condition the total flavanone content, provides certain basis for mulberry leafs development use. |
