选煤厂浮选入料脱泥池设计与应用研究

摘    要:预先脱除浮选入料中的高灰细泥可以有效改善煤泥浮选效果,降低药剂消耗。通过对浮选入料性质的分析,设计了浮选入料脱泥池,通过Fluent软件对浮选入料脱泥池内流场进行数值模拟和分析。研究表明,通过对浮选入料脱泥池内煤浆上升速度的控制,能够实现任意粒度分级,但同时池内存在漩涡。潘一矿选煤厂应用浮选入料脱泥池后的生产数据检测表明,随着上升煤浆速度的逐渐增大,溢流中<0.030 mm粒级的产率逐渐减小,脱泥率逐渐增大,降灰率也逐渐增大,溢流中<0.030 mm粒级的含量最高达96.75%,脱泥率最高达36.67%,降灰率最高达11.09%。这与模拟计算结果相符合,漩涡使部分煤粒形成死循环,影响了脱泥效果。

Study on design and application of flotation feed desliming pond in coal preparation plant
Abstract:Desliming high-ash and fine-grain slimes from flotation feed is effective for raising flotation efficiency and decreasing flotation agent consumption.Through analyzing the properties of flotation feed,the flotation feed desliming pond was designed.Based on the simulation and analysis of the flow field of the flotation feed desliming pond by CFD,it’s found that the classification granularity of flotation feed can be controlled with the pulp rise speed and swirl exists in the pond.Through application tests of the flotation feed desliming pond of Panyi coal preparation plant,if the pulp rise speed is controlled,the <0.030 mm yield of overflow decreases,the deslime efficiency increases,and the ash-drop efficiency increases.Analyzing the results of the application tests that the highest <0.030 mm yield of overflow is 96.75%,the highest deslime efficiency is 36.67%,and the highest ash-drop efficiency is 11.09%.The results of the application tests agrees with the simulation results that the swirl causes some slimes endless cycling and influences the deslime efficiency.
