摘    要:为了满足煤矿生产安全对于埋入式矿压传感器的需要,针对目前光纤光栅式矿压传感器在结构及应用方面的局限性,提出并实现了一种适用于煤/岩层埋入、煤矿称重和液压支架等压力测量的光纤光栅矿压传感器。该传感器外形为圆柱形,内部采用菱形力传递结构,结合工形膜片将纵向分布的压力转换为膜片的横向应变而传递给光纤光栅的方法,传感器直径为30 mm,高度为10 mm。利用有限元分析方法,对传感器菱形力传递结构和工形膜片的应变情况进行了理论分析。对该传感器的特性进行了实验研究,该传感器具有很好的线性度和重复性,线性拟合度为0.997 5,量程为0~7.15 MPa,灵敏度为0.598 3 nm/MPa。该传感器可埋入煤、岩层用于压力测量,还可以用于替代其他各电子类压力传感器对煤矿压力进行精确测量,也可在其它领域推广应用。

A kind of mirco-fiber Bragg grating mine pressure sensor
Abstract:In order to meet the need of buried type pressure sensor in the coal mine production safety and solve the limitations of current optical fiber Bragg grating pressure sensors in the structure and applications.A kind of fiber Bragg grating mine pressure sensor that can be used of coal or rock embedding,coal weighing and hydraulic supporting was proposed and fabricated.This sensor is a kind of cylindrical mirco-structure with size 30 mm diameter and 10 mm height.Vertical distribution pressure can be transferred to horizontal strain of the metal diaphragm which can be transmitted to FBG that is pasted on the diaphragm.Firstly,by using the finite-element analysis method the lozenge force transmission structure of the sensor and the strain of the H-shaped diaphragm were theoretically analyzed.Secondly,the characteristics of this sensor were experimentally studied.The results indicate that the sensor has a very good linearity and repeatability.The linear fitting parameters is 0.997 5,the measuring range is 0-7.15 MPa and the pressure sensitivity is 0.598 3 nm/MPa.This kind of sensor can be used in pressure measurement,can be used to replace other electronic pressure sensor to measure coal mine pressure accurately and also can be applied in other fields.
