深部煤层含水率物理模拟与数值模型研究

摘    要:针对深部煤层含水性相关研究不足的现状,选择北皂矿的褐煤、蔡园矿的气煤、西曲矿的焦煤和古汉山矿的无烟煤作为研究煤样,模拟深部煤层的温度条件,开展了不同温度下煤的平衡水分实验,对实验数据进行了假设检验和参数估计,分析了平衡水分含量与煤级和温度之间的关系,建立了平衡水分含量与煤级和温度的数值模型。研究结果显示:相同温度条件下,平衡水含量随煤级先降低,后升高;同煤级条件下,埋藏深度增加,煤层温度升高,煤层含水率减小,因此,深部煤层中含水率要低于浅部煤层;但到达一定埋藏深度后,煤层含水率减小的趋势不明显。平衡水分含量与煤级和温度分别满足一元二次方程和指数负增长的数学统计关系,平衡水分含量与温度和煤级的数值模型的绝对误差为0.03%~0.70%,平均为0.24%;相对误差为1%~18%,平均为6.5%;表明平衡水分含量与温度和煤级的数值模型的精度较高。

Study on physical simulation and numerical model of deep coalbed moisture content
Abstract:For the status of the inadequate research on deep coalbed moisture content.Under the conditions of temperature in deep coalbed,the equilibrium moisture experiments on coal were carried out with wood coal and gas coal and coking coal and blind coal.By hypothesis testing and parameter estimation of experimental data,the relationship between the equilibrium moisture content and coal rank and temperature was analyzed.And the numerical model of equilibrium moisture content and coal rank and temperature was founded.The research results show that the equilibrium water content firstly decreases and then increases with coal rank in the same temperature conditions.So,the moisture content of deep coalbed is less than shallow coalbed,but temperature factors may no longer have an impact on the coal moisture content in a certain burial depth and the coal moisture content will keeping unchanged.The equilibrium moisture content and coal rank and temperature respectively lines with mathematical and statistical relationship in a quadratic and exponential negative growth.The absolute error of the numerical model on equilibrium moisture content and temperature and coal rank are from 0.03% to 0.70% and average 0.24%,and the relative error of which are from 1% to 18% and average of 6.5%.It is suggested that the numerical model of equilibrium moisture content and temperature and coal rank is high accuracy.
