煤低温氧化过程中微晶结构变化规律研究

摘    要:煤自燃与其微晶结构有关,利用X射线衍射分析法,研究了褐煤、气煤、气肥煤和无烟煤4个原煤样和不同低温氧化温度下褐煤和气肥煤的微晶结构变化规律。研究结果表明,煤的微晶结构特征与其低温氧化之间有其内在的本质联系,煤矿物含量和微晶结构的差别,造成了它们低温氧化能力和自燃倾向性的差别;微晶结构随变质程度的加深造成自燃倾向性和低温氧化能力逐渐降低;层间距随氧化温度的增加而逐渐减小,芳香层片的平均直径随氧化温度的增加而逐渐增加,芳香层片的堆砌高度随氧化的加深而逐渐增大。

The Study of Microcrystalline Structure Change Regularity in the Coal Low Temperature Oxidation Process
Abstract:Coal spontaneous combustion is related its microcrystalline structure.Using X ray diffraction analysis researched microcrystalline structure change regularity of four raw coal samples including lignite,gas coal,gas fat coal and anthracite etc,and lignite and gas fat coal at different low temperature oxidation temperature.Research results show that the microcrystalline structure characteristic of coal with low temperature oxidation is the essence of contact.The difference of coal mineral content and microcrystalline structure causes the ability of the low temperature oxidation and the self ignition orientation.Microcrystalline structure being deepened with the degree of deterioration causes self ignition orientation and the ability of low temperature oxidation gradually decreases.Layer spacing is gradually decreasing with the increase of oxidizing temperature.Average diameter of aromatic layer is gradually increasing with the increase of oxidizing temperature.Aromatic layer height is gradually increasing with the deepening of oxidization.
