摘    要:为了减小螺旋钻采煤机二次破碎率,选择螺旋输送机构的内径、螺旋叶片导程、螺旋叶片升角以及螺旋叶片厚度为设计参数,以螺旋输送机构二次破碎率最低为优化目标,采用人工鱼群算法(AFSA)对螺旋输送机构进行参数优化。优化结果表明,在输送机构外径不变、且保证结构强度与刚度要求和不堵塞等条件下,螺旋钻采煤机的二次破碎率减少了11.56%,煤流循环系数降低了3.65%。

Parameter optimization of lowest secondary crushing rate for coal auger based on artificial fish school algorithm
Abstract:In order to reduce the secondary crushing quantity of a coal auger,structure parameters of the spiral conveyor device were optimized by using AFSA algorithm and by taking the diameter,spiral blade lead,helix angle and spiral blade thickness of spiral conveyor device as design parameters,choosing lowest secondary crushing rate of spiral conveyor device as optimal objective.Optimized results indicate that the secondary crushing quantity of coal auger reduces 11.56%,the coal circulation coefficient decreases 3.65% under that spiral conveyor device’ external diameter is invariable and structural strength and stiffness are ensured and non clogging,etc.
