综掘工作面水气旋转射流降尘系统的数值模拟与试验

摘    要:为提高综掘工作面的降尘效果,提出了水气旋转射流降尘系统治理综掘工作面粉尘措施,分析了其机理,并在现场进行了试验,同时进行了综掘工作面水气旋转射流控尘系统与传统直流送风控尘的数值模拟。结果表明,该系统不但雾化效果好,且可形成旋风水气幕罩,有效控制粉尘快速扩散及污染整个巷道,除尘效果明显。

CFD numerical simulation and experiment of the water air rotating jet flow dust controlling system on the comprehensive mechanized mining faces
Abstract:To improve the dust controlling effects on the comprehensive mechanized mining faces,a new dust controlling method on the mining faces,the water air rotating jet flow dust controlling system was proposed.The mechanism of the dust controlling system was analyzed,the site actual application effects was experimented,and CFD numerical simulation was carried through the water air rotating jet flow dust controlling system and the traditional direct current supply air dust controlling system on the mining faces.The result show that the system not only has a good atomization result,but also can form rotating water air curtain to prevent the dust from spreading quickly and polluting the entire roadway efficiently,and improves the dust controlling effects evidently.
