摘 要: | 为了研究煤尘的微观润湿特征,取具有代表性的6种煤样进行煤质特征分析和液-固界面动态接触角滴液系统测定,同时采用NICOLET-380傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,对煤尘表面官能团进行分析。通过将煤尘润湿接触角与煤尘表面官能团吸收强度建立定量关系,得到煤尘表面无机矿物质官能团(以灰分和无机硅酸盐为代表)、含氧官能团(以芳香羟基为代表)以及有机大分子结构(以芳环C—H键为代表)对煤尘润湿性有较大影响,并且和煤尘润湿性接触角存在对应函数趋势,在3 050 cm-1处的红外透过率与煤尘接触角角度关系符合线性关系,相关系数R2=0.917 51;在1 020~1 100 cm-1处煤尘接触角随其透过率增加而增加,当透过率高于30%时,润湿角度稳定居高,此时相关系数R2=0.914 88。当煤尘含C量达到82%以上时,煤尘润湿性表现较差,趋势图相关系数R2=0.925 60。

Study of coal dust wettability based on FTIR |

Abstract: | In order to study the microscopic wetting characteristics of coal dust,six representative coal samples were selected for the analysis of coal quality characteristics and the determination of liquid-solid interface dynamic contact angle of droplet system.Meanwhile,NICOLET-380 FTIR was taken to analyze the surface functional groups of the six kinds of coal dust.By establishing the quantitative relationships between the coal dust wetting contact angle and the absorption intensity of surface functional groups,the authors found that the surface’s inorganic mineral functional groups (taking the ash content and the inorganic silicate as representative),the oxygenated functional groups (taking the aromatic hydroxyl as representative) and the organic molecular structures (taking the transmittance of Aromatic C—H bond as representative) has great influences on coal dust wettability,and has a corresponding function with the coal dust contact angle of wettability.That is FTIR transmittance in 3 050 cm-1 with coal dust contact angle in accordance with the linear relationship,the correlation coefficient R2=0.917 51.While the contact angle of coal dust increases with FTIR transmittance in 1 020-1 100 cm-1,when the transmittance outstrip 30%,the wetting angle remains high stability,the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.914 88.When the content of C reached more than 82%,the coal dust wettability has poor performance,and the correlation coefficient R2=0.925 60. |
