摘    要:为达到在有限排土场范围内多增复垦面积、多排土的目的,在其他影响因素都达到最优的情况下,以排土场复垦面积和排土容积为排土场优化设计的评价指标,进一步调整排土场的几何参数,使排土场设计模式更优。通过构建排土场表面积计算和排土容积计算的方法,分析排土场的几何参数与评价指标之间的关系,保证边坡稳定性的情况下,利用三维空间模型的特性,多次在二维场里进行网格划分,得出的排土场优化设计的几何参数,作为排土场设计的最优几何模型。以平庄煤业集团元宝山露天矿3号排土场为实例验证,结果表明对该排土场的优化设计达到预期效果。

Optimal design for land expanding and conserving open-pit dump
Abstract:In order to achieve the purpose of increasing more reclamation area and dump volume in the limited dump range,the reclamation area and dump volume were selected as the evaluation index of the dump optimize design,further followed the geometric parameters’ adjustment to optimize the dump design when other influencing factors were optimal.The complexity relationship between geometric parameters and evaluation index was analyzed based on the dump surface area and dump volume calculation method.When the slope was stable,according to the characteristics of the three-dimensional space model,the geometric parameters of optimal geometric model of dump design was obtained by further dividing this area.The experimental results,based on the third dump of Yuanbaoshan opencast coal belong to Pingzhuang Coal Industry Group,show that the dump optimal design have achieved the desired effects.
