摘 要: | 分析了浅埋薄基岩厚煤层综放工作面采空区自燃危险性特征,结合内蒙古伊泰集团阳湾沟煤矿6202工作面各项实际参数,采用数值模拟方法对采取不同措施时采空区流场(压力、速度分布)、氧浓度分布等进行了模拟研究,并将模拟结果与现场观测结果进行了比较。结果表明:采用的数值模拟方法与参数等是合理可行的,可以反映真实情况下采空区流场与氧浓度等参数的变化情况。对工作面上、下隅角采区封堵措施可以减少采空区漏风,且封堵长度越长效果越明显,但碍于现场施工和实际操作的难易程度,封堵长度受到限制;注氮使得采空区氧浓度的分布范围变窄且浓度降低;注氮与封堵上、下隅角对控制采空区氧浓度的分布效果较明显。最后通过固定封堵长度(下隅角堵10 m、上隅角堵5 m)、改变注氮量,研究了最小注氮量的计算问题,得出了6202工作面最佳注氮量计算公式。结合煤层实际最短自然发火期和工作面正常推进速度计算出阳湾沟煤矿注氮量为260 m3/h。

Numerical simulation research on gob air leakage of shallow buried thin bedrock thick coal seam with fully mechanized top coal caving technology |

Abstract: | Analyzed the danger characters of self ignition on gob of shallow buried thin bedrock thick coal seam with fully fechanized top coal caving technology.According to actual parameters of Yangwangou Coal Mine 6202 working face,studied the pressure,velocity and oxygen density distribution of gob fluent field with numerical simulation at different condition,compared the simulation results with field observations.The results show the numerical simulation method is feasible and reasonable,it can reflect the real situation of the changes of gob flow and oxygen concentration distribution and some other parameters in a real situation.Plugging working face upper and lower corner can reduce gob air leakage.Furthermore,the longer we plug the corner,the better we reduce the leakage.However,the length of plugging is restricted to difficulty of field execution.Feeding nitrogen can decrease oxygen distribution and density.Feeding nitrogen and plugging corner together make oxygen distribution reduce obviously.Then,changed feeding nitrogen quantity without changing length of plugging corner (fixed 10 m for lower corner and 5 m for upper corner) to study calculate method of minimum feeding oxygen quantity.Finally,got the equation of optimum feeding nitrogen quantity for 6202 working face.Combing actual spontaneous combustion of coal with the normal forward speed of working face,calculated the feeding nitrogen quantity of Yangwangou Coal Mine is 260 m3/h. |
