深槽托辊组大倾角输送机理分析的仿真方法

摘    要:对深槽型带式输送机的大倾角输送物料的机理进行了分析,提出4辊托辊组结构适用于大倾角深槽。提出了采用DEM仿真方法对深槽型带式输送机的输送极限倾角进行定量分析,该方法可取代实际物理模型的实验方法,建立了输送带、输送机和物料的仿真模型。定量地给出了深槽型大倾角输送的极限倾角和物料与输送带之间的摩擦力。通过仿真分析,得出采用光面输送带时深槽型带式输送机采用4辊托辊组结构下,中间辊子的槽角25°,侧辊槽角60°为结构布置的合理参数,煤的极限输送倾角为29°;采用花纹输送带可以有效地提高输送倾角,花纹节距在设计中可采用100~300 mm,在降低输送带成本的同时,保证具有较大的输送倾角能力。

Simulation method of transport mechanism analysis of deep groove idlers belt conveyor in large inclination angle
Abstract:Analyzing transport mechanism of deep groove belt conveyor of conveyor material in large angle,it concluded that 4 idlers could be suitable for large inclination angle.DEM simulation method was used to carry on the quantitative analysis to the limit angle of deep groove belt conveyor.This method could replace the physical model method and be used for building deep groove belt conveyor simulation model.The limit angle of deep groove belt conveyor and the friction between material and belt were given quantitatively.Through the simulation analysis,it concluded that the reasonable parameters of the structural arrangement are that the middle idler groove angle is 25°,side idler groove angle is 60°,when using glossy belt and 4 idlers.The limit angle of coal is 29°.Choosing deep groove pattern belt conveyor can improve the limit angle effectively.The pattern pitch can be 100-300 mm in the design.It can reduce the cost of belt conveyor,while guarantee to have a great ability to convey in large inclination angle.
