液压支架护帮机构防片帮效果分析

摘    要:为了研究液压支架不同护帮机构的防片帮效果,针对液压支架常用的4种护帮机构组合形式分别从机构的工作原理、受力特点等方面进行了详细的分析,并以ZY17000/32/70D大采高液压支架为例求出了各类护帮机构形式的最大承载能力,采用数值模拟的方法分别对4种护帮机构形式的防片帮能力进行了模拟分析。结果显示:护帮机构对超前支承应力的分布规律没有产生影响,但采用伸缩梁和护帮板分体结构可以有效延缓煤壁产生破坏的时间,防片帮效果最好,是大采高液压支架理想的防片帮机构形式。

Effect analysis of prevention rib spalling system in hydraulic support
Abstract:In order to study the effect of 4 kinds of prevention rib spalling systems,the working principle and force characteristics of 4 kinds of prevention rib spalling systems were analyzed.Based on the large mining height fully mechanized hydraulic support of ZY17000/32/70D,the maximum load carrying capacity of 4 kinds of prevention rib spalling systems was calculated.The ability of prevention rib spalling was analyzed based on the numerical simulation.The study results show that the regularity of stress distribution isn’t influenced by the prevention systems.The fission system of extensible canopy and face guard can delay the time of coal rib to failure effectively.The effect of prevention rib spalling of the fission system of extensible canopy and face guard is the best,which is the ideal prevention rib spalling system.
