镀银聚氨酯纤维的导电性能研究

摘    要:通过对纤维电导事的测试,研究了纤维电导率与镀液条件的关系,发现硝酸银浓度、还原剂浓度、碱用量、镀液温度、反应时间等因素对纤维电导率都有影响;研究了镀银纤维的电导率与纤维表面所沉积金属银的质量的关系,发现随着纤维表面所沉积的金属银相对质量的增加,纤维电导率也升高。

Abstract:The relationship between the conductivity of fiber and conditions of liquid.It was found that concentra- tion of silver nitrate and reducing agent,pH,temperature and time of chemical plating have great effects on the capacity of conductive fiber.It was also reported the relationship between the conductivity and the quality of silver storey on the fiber.The conductivity increased when the quality of silver storey added.
