姚孟电厂安全稳定控制装置的设计与应用

摘    要:叙述了姚孟电厂微机安全稳定控制装置的配置、工作原理、功能及控制策略表的设计与实施,简要介绍了姚孟电厂微机安全稳定控制装置远切负荷的控制措施,避免了本厂联变中压侧过负荷的安全问题,装置投运2年来,实现了保证电网暂态稳定、频率稳定与电压稳定控制的要求。

Abstract:The paper narrated the disposition, working principle, function, and design and enforcement of control strategy table for microcomputer-based safety and stability control device in Yaomeng power plant, and introduced briefly the control measures of remote load shedding of microcomputer-based safety and stability control device in Yaomeng power plant, which avoided the over-load at MV side of transformer. The device was put into service for 2 years, the transient stability, frequency stability and voltage steady control were realized for power system.
