粉煤灰中未燃炭回收的试验研究

摘    要:用粒度分析、X射线衍射和X荧光分析等手段对山西某电厂的粉煤灰的物理化学性质进行分析。对试验样进行了浮选机探索试验和浮选柱工艺优化试验。研究结果表明,优化工艺条件为柴油捕收剂用量400 g/t,起泡剂用量400 g/t,矿浆浓度15%,循环压力0.10 MPa,泡沫层高度3 cm,可得到产率为75.99%的尾灰,烧失量为1.17%,精煤产率为24.01%,烧失量为52.47%。在尾灰烧失量达到一级粉煤灰的指标要求下,柱式浮选的产率要高于浮选机的产率。

Abstract:The test sample for the fly ash was characterized by size fraction ,X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence.This test has carried on the flotation machine to test sample exploring experiment and process optimization.Within the range studied, the collecting agent is 400g/t,the optimum frother dasage is 400g/t,concentration is 15%,froth thickness is about 3cm and circulating pressure is 0.10MPa.Get the productivity of tarling is 75.99%,a cleaning ash with 1.17%;and the productivity of clean coal is 24.01%,a cleaning ash with 52.47%. Column flotation yield is higher than the yield of the flotation machine at the end of the indicator reached levels ash loss on ignition of fly ash.
