| 摘 要： | 采用ODS柱和紫外检测器,对单氰胺中双氰胺进行测定研究,结果表明,以NH_3·H_2O和H_2O,用HCIO_4调pH=6.5为流动相,在波长为205nm,柱温为50℃,流速为1.000mL/min条件下检测,对于不同浓度的液体单氰胺中的双氰胺的洲定,线形关系良好,方法准确,快速,重现性好。

| Abstract: | A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the separation and determination of dieyandiamide in the cyanamide in the composite herhicde has been developed.The sample was separated on ODS col- umn,NH_3·H_2O,H_2O and HCIO_4 as mobile phase use gradient elution.It was then deteceted at 205nm by DAD de- tector;Column temperature is 50℃;Mobile speed is 1.000ml/min.The method has been used to determing the differ- ent consistency of eyanamide liquid,The linear range is very well.The method is accurate,rapid and reproducible. |
