摘    要:引入了厚表皮概念公式,对高渗油藏和低渗油藏水平井表皮污染进行了分析,得出了高渗油藏由于孔喉通道没有完全堵塞,表皮污染带渗透率损失远小于低渗油藏的结论。并由此认为可以利用水平井滤砂管防砂完井“部分防砂”原理。逐步清除表皮固相污染,室内实验和现场应用表明,水平井利用金属棉滤砂管防砂完井工艺,能逐步清除表皮固相污染,保持水平井连续生产。

Abstract:The definition of thick skin is introduced in the paper. Through analysis of the skin pollutions of horizontal wells in high and low permeable reservoirs, the paper draws a conclusion that the permeability loss of skin pollution area in high permeable reservoirs is much less than that of low permeable reservoirs. Therefore, it is possible to use the "part sand control" principle for horizontal sand screens to remove skin solid pollution gradually. Laboratory experiments and field applications show that metallic cloth sand screens can be used for removing skin solid pollution gradually and keep continuous production of horizontal wells.
