摘    要:华润电力湖南有限公司B&WB-2028/17.4-M锅炉燃用劣质无烟煤时存在燃烧稳定性差,锅炉效率低等问题。通过对该锅炉进行燃烧优化试验研究,找到了最佳运行工况设置。优化调整后的锅炉燃烧稳定,效率明显提高。

Abstract:When burning low-quality anthracite, the type B&WB -2028/17.4 - M of W-flame firing boiler may occur some problems such as poor combustion stability and low boiler thermal efficiency. Through combustion optimization tests, the best operation condition settings were found. Internal air blade opening angle: 35°, external air blade opening angle: 55°, air-regulating-plate : 125 - 135 ram, staged-air open angle : not lower than 50%, oxygen rate at economizer exit : 3.5 - 4.2%, et al. After combustion optimization adjustment, the boiler has better combustion stability and thermal efficiency.
