摘    要:以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,在微波辐射下,采用两步法合成了纯4A沸石。考察了浸取液碱浓度、晶化时间、n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)对沸石产品的结晶度、纯度、粒径和钙离子交换能力的影响。研究结果表明,碱浓度的增加使4A沸石的结晶度、纯度和钙离子交换能力增加,粒径减少;而4A沸石的结晶度和粒径随晶化时间和n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)的增加而增加。当NaOH浓度为5mol/L、微波浸出30min和晶化20min、n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)为1.51时,所得4A沸石的结晶度和纯度最好,其钙离子交换能力为336mgCaCO3/g。
