| Abstract: | According to the abuilding engineering construction organizing design was economic and technical document going through the whole construction process, the function of construction organizing design in engineering construction was discussed. The budgeting points and attentions in construction organizing design were introduced so as to make sure construction smooth running of construction engineering. |
