摘    要:采用溶剂萃取法研究了从含强络合剂的化学镀铜废液中回收铜的可行性,结果表明:从含酒石酸钾钠的化学镀铜废液萃取铜时,采用LIX54萃取剂,在pH值为6-10之间,铜的萃取率大于99%,然后通过反萃,可以得到能回用于化学镀铜生产线的硫酸铜溶液。

Abstract:In order to recover copper from spent electroless plating solution containing strong complexing agents,the applicability of solvent extraction had been investigated.The results showed that more than 99% of the copper could be extracted from spent electroless plating solution containing tartrate when LIX54 was used as the extractant at the pH range from 6 to 10.The copper could be stripped from Cu-loaded organic phase and could be reused as source of Cu in the electroless plating process.
