电弧炉冶炼工艺对钢液氮含量的影响

摘    要:根据现场试验结果,分析了南钢100t电弧炉冶炼工艺对钢液氮含量的影响,结果表明:对同一批废钢,随着铁水加入量的增加,出钢钢液氮含量下降;出钢过程加铝脱氧则增加钢液吸氮量。

Abstract:Based on the test results in situ, the effect of steelmaking technology of an 100 t arc furnace at Nanjing Iron and Steel on nitrogen content in molten steel has been analyzed. The test results showed that with same batch of scrap, the nitrogen content in tapping steel decreased with increasing hot metal charging amount, and the absorbing nitrogen amount of molten steel from atmosphere increased while the molten steel was deoxidized by adding Al during tapping.
