摘    要:介绍气相色谱内标法测定三氯甲烷中微量磷酸三丁酯含量的条件实验。结果表明,气相色谱仪的柱温200℃、进样口温度300℃、检测器温度300℃、分流比20∶1、进样量1μL时,信号基线稳定、分峰效果好,相关系数为0.999 97,方法准确、可靠。

Abstract:The condition experiment for determination of micro-tributyl phosphate in trichloromethane by gas chromatography method is introduced. The results show that, column temperature of 200 ℃, injection port temperature of 300 ℃, detector temperature of 300 ℃, split ratio of 20:1, sample volume of 1 μL, the baseline of signal is stable, the effect of peak separation is good, the correlation coefficient of calibration curve is 0.999 97, the method is accurate and reliable.
