料浆法磷铵生产乏汽的利用

摘    要:通过改造利用磷铵生产中反应-蒸发浓缩产生的低位热能乏汽(80~90℃)替代蒸汽完成料浆浓缩、液氨蒸发任务,同时降低末端温度至20~50℃,从而使氨化反应机料浆浓缩的低位热能得到综合利用。改造后节约低压蒸汽4 t/h,全年节标煤2 851.2 t。

Abstract:The transformation of utilization of low temperature exhausted steam (80-90 ℃ ) instead of steam in ammonium phosphate production by slurry concentrated is carried out to achieve slurry concentrated and liquid ammonia evaporation, and the end temperature is reduced to 20- 50 ℃, then the low temperature thermal energy from ammonolysis reaction and slurry concentrated is comprehensive utilized. After transforming, the low pressure steam of 4 t/h is saved, and the standard coal of 2 851.2 t is saved every year.
