摘    要:文章通过分析金刚石钻头钻进钢筋混凝土的特点及钻头破坏形式,采用复合切削元、三明治钻齿及钻头钢体表面硬化等相关技术,使金刚石钻头能正常消耗完工作层,从而使金刚石钻头的寿命和时效有较大幅度的提高。

Abstract:The relevant technologies such as composite cutting element, sandwich segment and steel hardening of the bit were used to make full use of the whole working layer of diamond drill bit resulted in great improvement of the life of the diamond bit and its efficiency based on the analysis on the characteristics of drill bit drilling through reinforced concrete and the damaging form of the bit.
