摘    要:分析了某石化公司销售车间一台10000 m~3柴油罐罐底板穿孔跑油的原因,通过罐底污水采样分析,其电导率达114500 ms/cm,Cl~-质量浓度为33804 mg/L,因此含盐污水在涂层薄弱部位引起的电化学腐蚀造成了罐底穿孔。进而,从技术和管理方面提出了预防措施,以杜绝类似事故再次发生。

Abstract:The causes of leaking from failed bottom of a 10000 m~3 diesel tank are studied.It is concluded from 114500 ms/cm electric conductivity 33804 mg/L of Cl~- mass concentration in the bottom water analysis that the tank bottom failure is the result of electro - chemical corrosion caused by salt - containing water at weakened coating locations.Preventive measures are proposed in respect of technology and management to prevent failure from occurring again.
