| 摘 要： | iFIX是一款功能强大的数据采集与过程监控软件.介绍了iFIX监控软件在宝钢分公司2050mm热轧机组2号加热炉DCS系统改造中的应用情况.分析了改造后的加热炉DCS三级系统结构;详细介绍了iFIX在系统中实现的主要功能;重点介绍了iFIX与控制系统和L2级优化系统之间的过程通讯,并给出了具体的实现方法与注意事项.此次改造取得了可观的效果,具有推广意义.

| Abstract: | iFIX is a powerful HMI/SCADA software for industrial environment.The application of iFIX in revamping No.2 reheating furnace for the 2050mm hot strip mill in Baosteel is introduced.The three-level DCS structure of the revamped reheating furnace is analyzed and the main functions of iFIX that can be implemented in the system are described in detail.The process communication between iFIX and the control system and the L2 optimization system is focused,and the detailed implementation method and recommendations are also given out.This revamping has gained significant effect,and is meaningful to be popularized. |
