| 摘 要： | 介绍了表面贴装技术（SMT）在智能型断路器生产制造中的应用,给出了印制电路板的布局与布线的参数、表面贴装元器件的选择、实施表面贴装的工艺方法与步骤等。利用现有的生产设备,将SMT组装工艺运用到智能型断路器的生产制造当中,提高了线路板的组装成品率,最终使断路器的运行可靠性和稳定性得到进一步提升。

| Abstract: | Introduction was made to the application of surface mounting technology(SMT) in intelligent circuit-breakers manufacturing,layout and wiring parameters of printed circuit boards,selection of SMT elements and components given to carry out SMT methods and procedures etc. Using the existing production equipment to apply SMT assembly technology to intelligent circuit-breakers manufacturing can raise the assembly yield of circuit boards,finally making the operation of circuit-breakers more reliable and stable. |
