摘    要:探讨了一种基于GPRS通信技术的防窃电实时监控系统方案,详细阐述了其系统组成、核心硬件单元和窃电行为识别与诊断方法,还指出了该系统的安全措施和技术特点.该系统方案将供用电过程透明化,供用电信息实时化,从而能有效地防治窃电行为.

Abstract:The design of real-time monitoring system against electric larceny is discussed based on GPRS technology; and its framework, core hardware as well as methods for detecting and diagnosing electric larceny are expounded in detail. Besides, the stability, reliability and merits of the system are also mentioned. The design makes the process from power supplier to consumers transparent and can prevent electric larceny with the full real-time information.
