| 摘 要： | 电容测试分选机是对电容进行直流充放电测试、直流耐压测试、绝缘电阻测试、容量及损耗测试并按以上顺序进行分选的设备。采用PLC作为电容分选机的控制设备，能够实现高速、准确的测试与精确无误的分选。介绍了电容分选机的组成及工艺流程，对PLC控制系统及程序设计方法进行了详细描述。

| Abstract: | The capacitor testing and sorting machine is used to carry out DC charge-discharge test、DC dielectric strength test、insulation resistance measurement、capacitor and damage factor measurement for box capacitors, and to sort them according to the test result. PLC is used as main controller, in that it can help the machine with fast、accurate test and precise selection. Construction and process of the machine is introduced, also the PLC control system and the program design are described in this paper. |
