有机铋铜复盐对DNTF/HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:研究了有机铋铜复盐(Gal-BiCu)与炭黑、不同芳香族铜盐(Cu1和Cu2)及金属燃烧功能助剂(NB)复配对DNTF/HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响。分析了Gal-BiCu与其他催化剂复配后影响DNTF/HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧行为的原因。结果表明,Gal-BiCu能有效调节DNTF/HMX-CMDB推进剂的燃烧性能,提高推进剂燃速,显著降低压强指数;当Gal-BiCu与炭黑、Cu1、NB复合时,催化性能更佳;NB质量分数为0.5%时,推进剂在8~20MPa较宽区间内出现平台燃烧,压强指数n≤0.2;8~15MPa区间内压强指数降至0.11。

Abstract:The effect of combination of organic bismuth‐copper compound (Gal‐BiCu) with carbon black ,different aromatic copper salts (Cu1 and Cu2 ) and metal combustion functional additive (NB) on the combustion performances of DNTF/HMX‐CMDB propellants was studied .The causes affecting the combustion behaviors of DNTF/HMX‐CMDB propellants after the combination of organic bismuth‐copper compound (Gal‐BiCu) with other catalysts were analyzed .The results show that Gal‐BiCu can effectively regulate the combustion performance of the DNTF/HMX‐CMDB propellant ,increase burning rates and significantly decrease the pressure exponent (n)of DNTF/HMX‐CM‐DB propellants .When Gal‐BiCu is combined with carbon black ,Cu1 and NB ,the catalytic performance is better . Plateau burning region with n≤0.2 appears in the pressure range of 8 -20MPa when the mass fraction of NB is 0.5% and the pressure exponent is reduced to 0.11 at 8-15M Pa .
