| Abstract: | Talents are the base to develop an enterprise. The competition institution in talent construction of enterprise is emphasized and how to perfect the talent utilyzing institution. On the same time of developing enterprise the talents should be considered first. An enterprise should creat good conditions for them, and set up the view and institution for enterprise and talents to develop together, further creat good conditions for enterprise to compete in market. |
