摘    要:以人为本、人才兴企,着重探讨企业人才建设的竟争机制,完善用人制度。企业在发展的同时应考虑人才的发展,为各类人才发挥作用和发展创造条件,打造和谐诚信的人才发展规划,树立企业与员工共同发展的现代观念和制度,为企业在市场竞争中创造条件。

Abstract:Talents are the base to develop an enterprise. The competition institution in talent construction of enterprise is emphasized and how to perfect the talent utilyzing institution. On the same time of developing enterprise the talents should be considered first. An enterprise should creat good conditions for them, and set up the view and institution for enterprise and talents to develop together, further creat good conditions for enterprise to compete in market.
