改革开放20多年来,珠江三角洲经济发展取得了可喜的成绩,在高速工业化过程中,亦提升了高速城市化发展进程,城市商业化获得了前所未有的发展。资本、技术、社会资源向大型商业地产、零售业、百货业流动,并不断由广州、深圳等中心城市向周边二级、三级城市快速扩张。但是由于许多商业项目缺乏科学规划,分散布局,市场集聚不够,品牌塑造乏力,在珠江三角洲产业结构的调整和资源配置、整合不均的巨大压力下,出现了大批商业项目并不景气的局面。因此,尽快完善珠江三角洲商业规划,加快珠江三角洲产业结构调整和资源整合,实行差异化经营、错位经营,减少盲目竞争,才是实现珠江三角洲商业全面发展的必由之路。
