无机缓蚀剂对锌负极性能的影响

摘    要:通过对密封圆柱形锌镍电池进行充放电测试,考察了在锌负极中添加In2O3、Bi2O3和SnO等无机缓蚀剂对电池性能的影响.结果表明:在锌负极中添加无机缓蚀剂可以促进锌的均匀沉积,缓解了锌电极的形变,改善了锌镍电池的充放电性能,延长了循环寿命.同时添加3种无机缓蚀剂的锌镍电池,经过95次循环,放电容量为246.54 mAh.

Abstract:The influence of inorganic corrosion inhibitors,such as In2O3,Bi2O3 and SnO in zinc cathode of sealed cylindrical Ni-Zn battery was studied by charge-discharge test.The results showed that the inorganic corrosion inhibitor in zinc cathode could suppress zinc cathode deformation with zinc homogeneous deposition,improve the charge-discharge performance and prolong the cycle life of Ni-Zn battery.The discharge capacity of Ni-Zn battery with three inorganic corrosion inhibitors in zinc cathode was 246.54 mAh after 95 cycles.
