| 摘 要： | 从4种培养基中筛选出MRS培养基为L.paraplantiumⅡ32的最适生长培养基。并运用点滴法,通过单因子筛选法,最终确定该菌生长、最大抑菌活性产生的最佳碳源为麦芽糖;氮源为酵母粉,浓度为2.0%;最适的初始pH值范围为5.5~6.5;温度范围为29~31℃。

| Abstract: | The MRS medium is screened within four kinds of media as the most favorable one for the growth and antimicrobial product of L.paraplantiumⅡ32.Its optimal fermentation conditions was determined by Spot Inoculation as follows: Maltose is used as carbon source and yeast,as nitrogen source;concentration,2.0%;pH ,from 5.5 to 6.5;temperature of fermentation,29-31℃. |
