摘    要:综述了花椒中主要活性成分的开发利用现状,指出了花椒资源利用和开发中存在的一些问题,展望了花椒资源发展前景,旨在为提升花椒产业附加值提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The development and utilization of the main active components in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were summarized.Some problems in the utilization and development of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were pointed out.The development of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim resources were prospected,aiming to provide some reference for promoting the added value of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim industry.
