粮食干燥机振动排粮控粮装置的设计与试验

摘    要:针对干燥作业中粮食在干燥仓出料口流动不通畅、出料不均匀而影响干燥品质,干燥机的排粮机构易造成粮食损伤等问题,研究了无损伤振动排粮技术。设计了振动排粮控粮装置及多通道集料斗,使出料口断面积增加到干燥仓断面积的30%~40%,保持集料斗与水平面倾角在70°~85°之间,改善了出料口粮食流动的稳定性和均匀性。粮食干燥试验表明:各测点粮食质量流量的不均匀度小于20%,且平均质量流量与排粮嘴实际质量流量误差小于5%,优于传统排粮机构,是一种稳定可靠的无损伤排粮装置。此外,通过调节排粮板与出料口之间的间隙,可用于干燥不同粒径的物料,实现"一机多用"。

Design and experiment research on vibration discharging and controlling device of grain dryer

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the flow of grain in the outlet of the drying bin is not smooth and the discharge is not uniform,which affects the drying quality and the grain damage easily caused by the grain discharging mechanism of the dryer,the non-damage vibration grain discharging technology was studied.The vibration discharging and controlling device and multi-channel collecting hopper were designed,and the material sectional area was increased to 30%~40%of that of the drying granary,and the inclination angle between the hopper and the horizontal plane was maintained between 70°~85°,so as to improve the stability and uniformity of grain flow at the outlet.The grain drying test showed that the unevenness of the grain mass flow rate at each measuring point was less than 20%,and the error between the average mass flow rate and the actual mass flow rate of the grain discharge nozzle was less than 5%,which is better than the traditional grain discharge mechanism.In addition,it can be used to dry materials with different particle sizes by adjusting the clearance between the grain discharge plate and the discharge port,so as to realize"one machine multi-purpose".
