摘    要:随着我国新建大型粉厂以及老旧制粉车间的改造升级,小麦入磨前的原粮清理和润麦技术日益显得重要,良好的清理和润麦效果不仅可以提高小麦的加工碾磨品质,易于麦麸和胚乳的分离,减少面粉麸屑,而且对于缩短润麦时间,降低小麦表皮菌落种数,减少面粉灰分,生产清洁面粉以及提高加工效率具有重要意义,本文重点介绍了新型振动润麦着水机的创新结构设计和应用。

Abstract:With the renovation and upgrading of the new large-scale flour mills and the old flour mills in China,the technology of cleaning and moistening the wheat before the wheat milling is becoming increasingly important.Good cleaning and moistening effect can not only improve the milling quality of wheat,facilitate the separation of wheat bran and endosperm,reduce the flour bran crumbs,but also shorten the time of moistening wheat,reduce the number of bacterial colonies on the wheat epidermis,and reduce the Ash contained in the flour,produce the clean flour and improve the processing efficiency are of great significance.This paper mainly introduced the innovative structure design and application of the new type vibration moistening machine.
