不同产地压榨山茶油活性成分比较分析

测定不同产地压榨山茶油中茶皂素、茶多酚、β-谷甾醇、α-生育酚含量,对结果进行统计分析。结果表明:除β-谷甾醇外,茶皂素、茶多酚和α-生育酚含量均存在产地间差异,其中茶皂素含量为海南和湖南>江西和广西(P均<0.05),但湖南与海南、江西与广西间无显著差异;茶多酚含量海南>湖南、江西和广西(P均<0.05),但湖南、江西与广西之间无显著差异;β-谷甾醇含量差异不显著(F=0.53,P>0.05);α-生育酚含量海南和湖南>广西(P均<0.05)。

Comparative analysis on active ingredients of camellia oil from different areas

The contents of tea saponin,tea polyphenols,β-sitosterol andα-tocopherol in camellia oil from different areas were detected,and the detection results were analyzed by statistical method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of tea saponin,tea polyphenol andα-tocopherol exceptβ-sitosterol,in camellia oil from different producing areas.The tea saponin content of Hainan/Hunan was higher than that of Jiangxi/Guangxi(P<0.05),but these were no significant differences between Hainan and Hunan,and between Jiangxi and Guangxi.The tea polyphenols content of Hainan was higher than that of Hunan/Jiangxi/Guangxi(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences among Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangxi.There were no significant differences in theβ-sitosterol content(F=0.53,P>0.05).Theα-tocopherol content of Hainan/Hunan was higher than that of Guangxi(P<0.05).
