乳胶体系流延片叠层制备ZnO压敏陶瓷材料研究

摘    要:以水性乳胶作为粘结剂,利用水基流延工艺成功制备出强度高、韧性好、结构均匀、可在室温下叠层的ZnO生带材料;借用乳胶粘结剂对压力敏感的胶粘特性,室温下叠层制备了多层片式ZnO压敏材料坯体,烧结后该坯体的相对密度最大可到达99.58%,压敏场强随着烧结温度的升高而下降,漏电流最小为0.3μA,明显优于干压工艺制备的ZnO材料的烧结性能和压敏性能.

Abstract:The ZnO green tapes were fabricated successfully,which had high strength,good flexibility,homogeneous microstructure and laminated under room temperature through aqueous tape casting with styrene-acrylic latex as binders.On the base of pressure sensitive adhesion of styrene-acrylic latex,the ZnO multi-layers varistor materials are produced by room temperature laminated processing.After sintered the ZnO multi-layers body,the largest relative density can reach 99.85%,with the sintering temperature increasing,...
