数值模拟在焙烧炉设计中的应用

摘    要:针对焙烧炉的运行特点进行分析,提出将焙烧炉分为两个模型(火道模型和传热模型)进行模拟。其中,火道模型解决火道结构设计问题,传热模型解决温度曲线等问题。分别介绍了这两个模型的几何模型和数学模型,并通过计算实例说明了其在焙烧炉设计中的应用。文中对两种模型的耦合和模型参数取值问题亦进行了说明。

Abstract:According to the operation characteristics, two models that are the flue model and the heat- transfer model have been developed with an aim of solving the problems involved in the flue structure design and in the temperature curve controlled by computing simulation. These two models are described separately in terms of their geometry and mathematics models, and are put into practical use in design of a baking furnace. The problems concerning about the coupling model and the boundary parameters and conditions are discussed in detail.
