Problems existed in cost management of construction project and countermeasures

In view of the importance of cost management to construction works,problems existed in present engineering cost management are analyzed,at the same time several countermeasures are studied to strengthen engineering cost management,in order to resolve the questions such as squeezing price randomly,exorbitant estimation and calculation and runaway investment, to promote health development of national economy.
