摘    要:西宁市建设用地节约集约利用评价系统是基于G1S与数据库技术,遵循城市建设用地节约集约利用评价相关标准、规范,为解决西宁市建设用地节约集约评价中评价数据管理、评价计算和成果管理等需求而设计并开发的。该评价系统创新性地将GIS与数据库技术应用到了城市建设用地节约集约利用评价中,使得用地信息、评价结果与图有机地结合到一起,不仅提高了评价的效率,而且直观地表现了评价的结果,同时有利于西宁市建立建设用地节约集约评价和监督的长效机制。

Abstract:Evaluation system of urban constructive land saving and intensive use in Xining, based on GIS and Data- base technology and following relevant standards of evaluation of urban constructive land saving and intensive use, was designed for fundamental data management, evaluation calculation and result management as well as other specific re- quirements, such as thematic mapping, data checking and loading, etc.. This system creatively applied GIS and DBMS into the evaluation of urban constructive land saving and intensive use. Thus, the condition of urban constructive land and evaluation results are combined with digital maps,which not only enhances evaluation efficiency,but also demonstrates e- valuation results well. In terms of the good performance of this system in Xining, this system would be helpful for optimi- zing the evaluation process and building the long-term mechanism of evaluation and supervision of urban constructive land saving and intensive use.
